The Marwin Company partners with the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, The Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce, The Clark Street Special Service Area and other local organizations to provide community services through the use of its properties and staff to host local events, hold community meetings, give student artists an opportunity to display their work and provide other community services.

In an ongoing effort, The Marwin Company partners with the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and the Clark Street SSA to provide storefront display space to local student artists from Lincoln Park High School to beautify the street and give these new artists an opportunity to have their work prominently displayed.
